I Work Hard To Build Passive Income So I Can Be Lazy A.F.

In todays blog I will tell you how I can work minimally and still afford to purchase a brand new car (paid in full) and my first home, a 1 bedroom condo in New York City in under 1 year. I will tell you what I used to get to this point, but first, I'd like to share a bit of how I stumbled upon this path. So for the bulk of my life I followed the path that was laid out and standardized in this common society. The plan was simple, pick a good paying career choice that interested me, go to school, graduate and work till I could build enough capital to retire in wealth. The problem I soon realized was, I'm innately lazy A.F! Don't get me wrong, I work my ass off when I'm on the job and a total over achiever. However, I found that my effort's are never rewarded in terms work effort=salary. I was getting paid fairly well at my job. At a $85.5k a year salary with a second part time job bringing my salary up to $128k a year. The money was amazing considering at the time I just graduated just a few months ago. However, the passion of my career soon quickly died because I found myself with no time to enjoy my money nor any time for me to spend with my now (ex)girlfriend. I felt the dread every singe day I had to prepare for my shift and I knew I needed something to change. I never gave up on the goal of being wealthy, but I needed something to change right away, I needed a way to make the money but also free up my time to enjoy life while I was still young. So I researched into how to be financially free. I found most of the popular get rich influeces out there, like Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I tried so many things that I could find from youtube and online sites teaching you how to make money online. Most of which gave me enormous amounts of inspiration but no actual plan to execute to become financially free. What's great is that the internet is a evergreen trove of information. However the problem is organizing that information into something tangible and usable. So I spent countless hours piecing together information that I could ultimately use to free myself from the shackles of mandated work hours. Not only is the hardships from trying to achieve this "dream" of passive income extremely hard work, but creating something or reaching for a goal, like building an online business is something new, scary, bold, different and many people don't understand the concept and shrug it off like your just trying to be lazy and escape from reality and responsibility. The negativity can be overwhelming, and many give up in the process because the constant doubts of others will always find a way to seep into your own subconscious. I almost gave up on several occasions. In hindsight, my road to passive income has been riddled with failure because I was still thinking like an employee. Once you take that step of entrepreneurship you must start thinking like the boss. If you are not following me on this, allow me to put it into perspective. You are not just a lackey anymore. You're the CEO. So don't look at anybody else to tell you what to do, because now your decisions are final. You need a new mentality and be smart with your time and money.

So I've dabbled my hands with several online businesses, but I was always riddled with road blocks because I never held all the information to succeed. I was stagnant because I was not smart with neither my time or money. Instead of wasting valuable time searching for free information and piecing it together, I should've already found someone that already did it for me. I wasted months of time inefficiently, when I could have already made thousands of dollars if I had just took a comprehensive course and implemented it in one go. Which is why I am compelling everyone else to do what I should've done and found a educational program that puts all the information in one concise, step by step, information guide. Whether you hire a mentor, or find an online guide. This is always the way to go.

So you've come this far into this article, and you now know what stops people from succeeding or preventing you from getting there as fast as you could. Now all you need to do is go out there and find what interests you in the online world of business. Whether that is starting a store and running your own e-commerce, building and selling an app, affiliate marketing, or even online coaching on something you specialize in. There is always opportunity and huge amounts of money to be made.

I believe success is achieved through hard work, clawing your way to what fits your personality, morals and/or business goals. You need to find what programs are out there that will keep you happy and driven to follow through with the outlines given to you, take action and achieve the results. What I used to generate passive income and learn the ins and outs of making money online worked for me but it was hard work and I had many obstacles that would've pushed me to giving up and wasting a good chunk of money spent on taking the course. I made it through because I liked the principles of that particular path to generate money and it was honestly interesting to me. The course I chose appealed to me because I could do it with little to no money, except paying for the course itself, obviously. That's my path. It may not be yours.
